Report to : Global Sales VP
Job Specifications:
1. Manage and direct the sales force for Assembly Solution Products to achieve revenue goals. 2. Work with the business units for customer penetration and strategic business goals. 3. Manage the Service and Application organization to maximize customer satisfaction and service revenue. 4. Manage the organization to meet budget goal. 5. Work with other Customer Ops. Mangers to leverage all K& S products across the customer base. 6. Provide the business unit with competitive information.
Knowledge: Sales and Sales Management, Understanding of the Semiconductor Assembly process.
