Job Summary
Responsible for establishing accounting system, monitoring financial functions of plant2, providing accurate financial information for the decision-making of the local management team and local government authority . 

Duties and Responsibilities
 Major Responsibilities:
1. Evaluate current plant2 accounting system, make recommendations to plant2 management regarding desirable improvement
2. Conduct thorough plant2 financial analysis, including cost-profit analysis, break-even analysis ratio analysis, etc
3. Prepare plant2 operating and financial statement. Set up plant2 standard cost and budgeting system, and maintain the ERP system
4. Daily finance support to plant2 operation 
5. Manage and coordinate internal and external auditing
6. Training accountants
Supervisory Role:
1. Supervise general and cost accounting activities and the maintenance of accounting records;
2. Evaluate, review and approve accountant and specialist performance;
3. Enhance work morale and stimulate maximum efficiency and productivity;
 Problem solving:
1. Direct solutions to problems on system flow and structures;
2. Discuss information requirement with each department and solve application problems to improve the completion and accuracy of information;
3.   Direct solution to problems on accounting booking systems and reporting function.
Coordination:
1. Cooperate with auditors of public accounting firm to audit accounting procedures and records;      
2. Cooperate with each department for expense control and reporting;

Authorities
1. Review and approve subordinate expense report; overtime working application and leave application.

Key Relationships
Reports to: Regional Financial Controller
Supervises: Cost accountant
Other Relationship: KES department manager/supervisors; External auditors

General Requirements:
1. ABachelor with major in Accounting or Financial management
2. At least 6 years of financial and accounting management related working experience
3. Good communication skill and fluent oral and written English
4. Comprehensive knowledge of US GAAP, Chinese GAAP and Sarbanes Oxley
5. Excellent analytical skills
6. Experiences in ERP system, prefer Oracle/SAP system
