Job responsibilities:

The Senior Marcom Specialist is to take the lead in developing and managing China website, the growing folio of online advertising and leadgen eNewsletter programs as a way to support the low touch business development goal and core market initiatives set by the Company.

Responsibilities include:

-          To take the lead in developing and managing  China website to be the best of class and ultimate online design resource center for China design communities

-          To take the lead in  quarterly web site upgrade programs in terms of requirement collection, user acceptance test.

-          To work with  US web/IT team to manage online user experience including user interface design, loading speed etc to provide constant optimization on daily basis

-          To take the lead in the daily content management on  China site with support from HTML page development and content localization team

-          To take the lead in business case development and presentation for major web site upgrade initiatives especially in the quarterly planning cycle

-          To take the lead in SEO and PPC program management to maximize ROI in web investement

-          To take the lead in the leadgen eNewsletter strategy development and execution

Qualification:

-          7+ years of web project management experience as project leader, preferably in web portal such as new site or online transaction site…

-          Strong sense of best of class graphic design and user experience

-          Strong documentation experience and capabilities

-          Successful candidates will be highly collaborative, have strong negotiation skills and capable of managing a large volume of details.

-          Good English communication skill in writing and speaking

-          Strong skill in internal communication, such as conference-call management and meeting follow-ups to align different parties towards same direction.

-          Can-do attitude with open mind for different opinions from internal and external customers.

-          Multinational company working experiences

-          Undergraduate degree from accredited university, preferably in computer, graphic design or marketing related field

-          Skillful in Photoshop, HTML development, simple javascript programs.
