Line Manager: Plant Manager

Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree in foundry engineering
• More than 6-year working experience in iron foundry
•   Knowledge of foundry technology; familiar with Casting process, equipment; familiar with molding line technical and equipment;
•   Familiar with reading and interpretation of technical drawings of castings
•   Familiar with how to design the pattern layout and core box size
•   Knowledge of all required manufacturing process in a foundry to know the cost structure and find way to improve cost in foundry
•   Familiar with TS16949，ISO14001 management system;
•   Be willing to work under pressure and target oriented ;
•   Good English; MS-office skill
•   Familiar with Pattern making process, to meet high quality stand request
•   Familiar with Iron casting material, to try getting local material
•   Good communication skills and interpersonal character;
•   Be willing to work under pressure and target oriented ;
•   Strong leadership and team work spirit.

Description of the working tasks

·         Prepare and follow up project planning. Update planning frequently

·         Report project status in given frequencies in written manner

·         Underline possible risk and problems that came up in a customer's relationship and respond to them in an appropriate manner.

·         Establish Pattern shop to carry out works on Patterns and Core boxes based on Resin and Hardener

·         Responsible for maintaining the quality of Patterns and Cores

·         Adjust the pattern dimensions within given tolerances and apply auxiliary gimmicks to ease the production process

·         Responsible for the quality of sand mold and for a quick feedback to the quality department in order to enhance the molding process, if necessary;

·         Molds testing optimization up to SOP;
