Responsibilities:

• Work closely with design engineers to evaluate and characterize high speed clocking, SERDES and A/D products.
• Develop systems level reference design for high speed clocking, SERDES and A/D products.
• Work with field engineers to provide solid design support for high speed clocking, SERDES and A/D products, including system structure recommendation, schematic and layout review, trouble shooting, performance testing.
• Work with marketing engineers to establish customer engagement for valuable inputs during new product definition.
• Produce documentation and provide training to the field and customers.

Qualification:

• The candidate should possess a good understanding of high speed analog circuit design and PCB design.
• The candidate should have good debug techniques and test/measurement techniques.  Familiarity with high speed equipments is preferred.
• Experience in wireless/wired communication application is preferred. Familiarity with a broad range of components used in communication systems is an asset (High power amplifier, linear amplifier, PLL and clock distribution, modulator/demodulator, SERDES, A/D & D/A, power management circuit).
•  Strong communication and interpersonal skills are an essential requirement for this role.
•  The candidate should have 3+ years in analog design or product development role.
•  Major in electronic engineering / communication engineering or related.
