General Requirement

1)        University graduated, majored in business or engineering discipline or related subject.  Masters degree in business is preferred.

2)        Minimum 7 years work experience in an Operations Environment Management;

3)        Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project

4)        Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both local language and English.

5)        3~5 years work experience in a formal project program management function;

6)        Experience with standard project management tools and methodologies;

7)        Experience in a high volume semiconductor or electronics manufacturing

environment is required;

      Special skill and knowledge requirement

1)        Specific experience should be in either a production/operations management or engineering position.

2)        Be familiar with manufacturing costing models in order to estimate product cost for life cycle development;

3)        Understanding of finance and accounting methods;

4)        Understanding of new product development including engineering, marketing, finance, manufacturing, quality etc;

5)        Excellent technical and business judgment. Can understand and explain technical issues to associates in a clear and concise manor that relates to the business implications

6)        PMP accreditation or completion of Project Management Certification program is highly desirable;

7)        Strong person-to-person communication and able to share information with peers, subordinates, and superiors in a timely manner.

8)        Able to work in an autonomous environment with minimal supervision

9)        Have the knowledge and skills in HR.Management.
