PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTIBILITIES
§ Manage & achieve sales objective for Rimmel to be in line with China 3-year strategic plan
§ Be a strong contributor to the cross functional management team supporting the General Manager with business analysis and decision
§ Set and review sales plans by region by channel by customer based on agreed company goals
§ Develop and implement sales objective, strategy, policies, and operating procedures for sales organization
§ Direct and coordinate company sales team to enhance sales management and execution.
§ Develop, coordinate & track sales, selling cycle and methodology to ensure efficient and sustainable sales growth.
§ Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs and results.
§ Develop distribution points selectively for Rimmel and leverage distributions with Tjoy in profitable ways
§ Build business partnership with Watsons thru exclusivity for FY 11
§ Continue to focus on retail management, key customer development and geographic importance
§ Manage major & critical customers thru joint business plan, and coordinate the management of different accounts and channels as if needed
§ Conduct strategic planning meetings with key retail partners, and attend quarterly review meetings
§ Control sales expense of both sell in and sell thru responsibly
§ Participate in the development of annual plan.
§ Participate in the development of the marketing calendar.
§ Work with marketing & operation to provide sales rolling forecast based on marketing intelligence
§ Recommend and administer sales policies and procedures to enhance operations.
§ Work to establish good working relationships with internal and external customers
§ Work with marketing, & trade marketing to develop and execute innovative and cost effective methods to increase retail sales
§ Recruit, train, supervise and motivate sales team thru coaching & sharing best practices
§ Quarterly and annually review business performance against plan
§ Provide quarterly , monthly and weekly business and project updates to align with annual business objectives |
