· Define, measure and review quality goals
· Owner of QACS process
· Design in and assure material, product and process quality
· Quality reporting
· Customer Representative (ISO TS 16949)
· Responsibility to ensure that customer requirements are being identified and kept
· After sales service/support
· Responsibility to keep a close link to BLSS Vienna
· Responsibility to install, maintain and continuously improve the quality management system according (TS 16949, ISO 14000, OHSAS 18000, etc.)
· Plan and implement project, process and product audits and follow up corrective actions
· Review and agree quality contracts with customer and supplier
· Plan and implement regular quality review meetings with customer and supplier
· Training in quality tools
· Implement and strengthen quality mind set
