Qualifications & Experience:
Ø Engineering competencies. Engineering Academy,College graduated or above majored in mechanical or Electrical, Engineering Auto Control.
Ø Machines customer service experience for at least 4 years, experience of tool grinding machine will be advantageous.
Ø Advanced knowledge on cutting tool will be advantageous.
Ø Capable communication in English.
Relationships for this position:
Ø Reports directly to the Service Manager
Ø Relates to the customer for field service and repair, help desk support, installation, training, new product information and maintenance of ongoing relationships.
Ø Establishes and maintains effective working relationships.
Ø Provides accurate feedback on service issues to engineering and central service functions.
Ø Liaises with sales and applications departments for customer support related issues eg. installation scheduling, machine preparation for demonstration etc.
Ø Liaises with shipping and purchasing departments to ensure parts delivery.
