Purpose of the Job 工作目的:

To ensure that product line and process quality aspects for the site are fulfilled. To embed a Quality mindset in the organization.

确保生产线的产品和过程质量符合要求，提高公司内部的质量意识

Main duties 主要职责:

Manage direct customer relations in terms of quality issues直接管理质量方面的客户关系

Manage complaint handling and analysis负责处理客户投诉

Manage the product quality assurance over the total development-production-customer chain管理产品质量，确保研发-生产-客户这个运营链的质量

Manage the release of new or changed products and production lines in line with standards and customer requirements负责管理新产品、产品变更、新过程和过程变更的认证过程

Manage the product quality improvement process负责管理 产品的质量改进

Provide training regarding basics and key subjects in Quality Tools负责质量工具的培训

Disciplinary Management of subordinates, performance appraisals, feedback discussions etc负责管理下属的绩效,绩效考核和讨论反馈

Manage the Lab管理实验室

Education 教育: bachelor degree  本科

Minimum job experience-preferable  最少工作经验:

Minimum five years as Quality Manager, ten years in business5年以上的质量经理的工作经验，10年以上的工作经验

Special knowledge and character 特殊知识和品质:

At least green belt

至少GB资格

Fluent in both written and verbal English
