1.         Summary of basic job function
Lead QA teams to plan, establish and implement quality management system. Facilitate the continuous quality improvement and achieve customer satisfaction.

2.         Specific duties and responsibilities
- Overall quality representative in factory organization
- Implement ISO-9001/2 and QS9000 quality system
- Execute internal and external quality audits
- Develop internal process control system using SPC, FMEA etc.
- Lead 6 sigma implementation and related project
- Initiation of Corrective and Preventive actions
- Support and response to customer’s requirements
- Oversee production activities/process control to ensure compliance to specification and quality procedures. Also manage the product safety and reliability
- Develop and train subordinates with strong quality skills and concept.

3.         Working experiences and qualifications required
- MSc/BSc in manufacturing /Industrial/Electronics Engineering
- Minimum 6 years experience, out of which 3 years should be in a quality management position in  Audio /Electronics /Computer/Auto industry
- Good in communicator
- Strong experience in deploying the quality system skills into manufacturing environment with proven results.
- Strong background in ISO/QS9000 system skills
- Strong experience in system auditing and quality training
- Excellent team skills
- Good knowledge in desktop computer
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin
- 6 sigma experience is must while black belt is preferred (not must)
