Responsibilities
1、 运动传感器产品的应用开发
Algorithm development for motion sensor product.
2、通过与客户的紧密沟通寻找和开启新的应用研发以创造更多的商机；根据产品性能判断其可行性，并实现应用程序的导入。
.Initiate activities in developing new applications thru close communication with customers for business opportunity. Assess the feasibility based on product capability and execute to completion on apps delivery
3、EVB组件的设计和产品原型的功能/性能验证
EVB kit design and product prototype functionality/performance verification.
4、基于硬件平台，算法的实现、优化和验证；应用失效分析
Algorithm implementation, optimization, and verification in HW platform；application failure analysis
5、对行业、竞争对手工艺和设备的配置和应用方面的研究，并针对公司提出策略方案
Competitor product analysis，Carried on exhaustive analysis to the trade, competitor technology and equipment configuration and applied research；implementing the development strategy of company needed
6、构建并管理一支高水平和高效率的跨地区应用队伍
Manage a high efficient and high quality trans-regional application team
7、与工程师，客户积极有效的沟通，积极配合各部门
Ability to communicate effectively to engineers as well as customers,help and assist other departments in the company
任职要求
Qualifications
6、电子、通信、计算机科学或相关专业本科及以上学历，五年以上半导体行业应用领域工作经验
Bachelor degree in Electronics, Communications, Computer Science or related major,5+ years experience in apps engineering in semiconductor field
7、具有较强的运算设计能力和扎实的无线通信知识基础
Have strong algorithm design capability and good knowledge of wireless communication
8、良好的技术总结和分析能力,良好的英语阅读能力,善于英语口语沟通者尤佳
Good technical summary and analysis ability, good English reading ability, excellent English communication skills is preferred
9、技术团队领导能力和沟通能力，能够开发革新型解决方案
Technology team leadership and communication skills,the ability to develop innovative solutions and prove them
10、协助销售团队进行产品推广、客户支持等的经验
Experience in assist sales team for product promotion、 customer support and so on |
