GENERAL PURPOSE&OBJECTIVES:
l To ensure that the company’s HR policies and procedures are in compliance with government labor laws and regulations.
l To ensure company culture are in compliance with company culture.
l To ensure HR service is delivered in the most efficient and effective way
l To ensure stable workforce in all the responsible operations and employees have opportunities to develop and grow with the company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
l Set up HR system
l Help operating management to define, establish and execute company HR policies and procedures in compliance of government requirements and/or customer requirements
l Maintains good relationship with Local Labor Bureau and related government authorities
l Help operating management define, establish and execute an effective hiring and selection system.
l Help set up and implement new employee orientation training
l Help the company set up training and succession management programs.
l Provide HR information and HR related reports to management
l Monitor employee morale and motivation by personal observation and by conducting annual employee surveys etc.
l Acts as a conduit for employee communication to management
l Help management set up effective company conflict resolution and discipline management procedures.
l Assist other departments to develop and define job descriptions for each position in the company
l Help establish employee Compensation & Benefits programs and policy formulation and implementation and communication
l Participate and develops annual HR planning and budget report
l Assist other departments to implement performance appraisal system within the company
l Coach and lead HR department members for continuous improving
l Facilitate to audit HR procedures and policies within the BU
l Input HR perspective to major company decision-making processes.
l Help all departments maintain good and safe working environment
REQIOREMENTS:
l Education
l Bachelor degree in HRM or Business administration, Psychics, English, etc
l 8 years working experience in HR/Business Admin area including 3 years experience in management post.
l Being familiar with Chinese labor law and related regulations
l Fluent in English and Mandarin
l Multi-national company working experiences in manufacturing environment
