1.     Job Summary

Responsible for management plant maintenance team, control normal production and distribution of utilities to satisfy the industrial safety requirement and ISO 9002 Policy.

2.     Duties and Responsibilities

1.        Provide inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and alternation of      existing public utility system including steam, power, gas, air, lighting,      telecommunications, water supply and sewage system.

2.        Furnish immediate assistance to Manufacturing Department on any utility supply problems affecting the normal operation or render assistance in alternation of production facilities.

3.        Conduct testing and inspection on fire-prevention system.

4.        Manage outside contractors to carry out specific maintenance and repair assignments and coordinate with outside contractors on schedules and work performed.

5.        Coordinate with other department on major work in progress within the     department.

6.        Other special assignments and stand-by services.

7.        Support branch company in China.

8.        In charge of the plant maintenance team to hit the target hereinbefore.

 3.     Job Specifications

        General requirements:

1)      Bachelor Degree in electrical engineering. 

2)      More than eight years plant facility management experiences.

3)      With fluent spoken and written English.

       Special skill and knowledge requirements:

1)      Extensive experience in facility system, project management and contractor management.

2)      Experience in continuous operation plant is required and experience in clean room is a plus.

3)      General knowledge in EHS.

      Report to: Sr. Facility Manager

     Supervise: Facility Engineer

     Other Relations: GL, PE, EE, PRE and other department manager
