1. Job Summary:
To support VP to manage, direct and coordinate all organization activities in accordance with organization guidelines to assure the efficient achievement of the organization’s objectives.
2. Duties and Responsibilities:
Ø Identifies and establishes the short, medium and long-term business strategies and plans for compliance with company goals and objectives.
Ø Provides leadership for improvement in manufacturing, engineering, materials, safety, quality, cost, delivery, customer satisfaction and employee relations.
Ø Be accountable for the organization’s plans and budgets for utilization improvement and cost reduction.
Ø Works with technology and other locations on new products developments and introductions.
Ø Identifies and develops business opportunities for the company.
3. Job Specifications
Ø Minimum of university degree, Master or MBA/EMBA preferred.
Ø 8-10 years’ high level management experience in a global business environment
and also work experience of managing operations for high volume semiconductor assembly including die attach automation, wirebond automation, dispensing automation, dicing automation and testing automation is required.
Ø Excellent communicator, facilitator and coach with strong analytical skills, effective leadership skills, good business planning & execution skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
