Category Manager is actually a General Manager, which is responsible for business operation and team leading of category team. His (her) key performance index is the summary of KPI of subordinates.

Job’s duties & responsibilities include:manage subordinate category team;build a communication and cooperation working environment;deeply understand, one hundred percent implement and energetically push forward company strategy of management by category;guide subordinate category teams to set annual category plan according to company five year development plan and yearly business target;lead and supervise routine work of category teams;considerate and research local market and customer needs earnestly;initiate and keep communication with Operation, Marketing, Finance and other related departments to ensure active response and close cooperation during delivery of buying plan;assist on problem solving, which is out of power of category team.

Education and experience requirements:

6.        Bachelor or above degree with at least three years’ relevant position experience.

7.        Junior college education with at least five years’ relevant position experience.

8.        Below junior college education degree with at lease eight years’ relevant position experience.

Excellent performance is demanded for candidates from IOS and store experience is preferable.
