Main duties 主要职责:

Project management for acoustic product predevelopment.新产品开发项目管理.

Leading and managing acoustics design team. 领导研发部声学产品开发小组.

Cooperation and communication with customer and internal department for audio product development. 与外部客户沟通, 进行研发项目合作.

Product qualification , release, life support;

Coaching team member be professional level;

Education 教育:

Bachelor or above 本科以上学历

Minimum job experience-preferable  最少工作经验:

5 years. 5年.

Special knowledge and character 特殊知识和品质:

Knowledge of electro-acoustics, materials and FEM. 掌握 机械,电声，材料有限元仿真相关知识.

Good English communication skill. 良好的英语沟通能力

Experience of leading the team. 有带领团队经验
