Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Communication Engineering, or the equivalent

5 years of previous experience in semiconductor engineering, including quality control/quality assurance or process engineering responsibility and failure analysis in wafer fab or product assembly, as well as experience with CMOS and IC applications, module assembly and test processes.
